Save what Speakybara reads as an audio file, so a long report can come with you on the train, like a podcast episode. Planned, without a date.

AI clean-up you can rely on
Clean up text with AI before reading is already in the app, under Settings › Text recognition, but it is not reliable enough yet. So it is off by default while we keep working on it.
Plans can change. A feature has shipped only when it appears in the release notes; there is no release date for macOS yet.
New: Speakybara for Mac (test version, macOS 14 or newer, Mac with Apple silicon). Apple has not signed it yet: allow it once via System Settings › Privacy & Security › Open Anyway.

Windows: the red squiggles of the spell checker are removed first, so they do not disturb the text recognition.
Unzip the new version into a new folder and copy your own files across from the old one: config.json (settings), history.json (history), and the previews and voices folders. Then delete the old folder.
