When to expect an answer

Speakybara is run by a small team in the Netherlands. We answer on working days, usually within one working day; on Dutch public holidays it takes longer.

Speakybara Managed customers are answered first.

Reporting a bug

Four things turn a report into a fix:

The Speakybara version, from settings.
Your Windows version and build (press Win, type winver).
Whether you were copying the text or listening to it, and with which voice service: local, Edge or Google.
What you dragged a frame over, and what came out instead of what you expected.

If the app crashed, attach the error log. It sits next to the app and holds no text from your screen. speakybara-error.log
